The University of Balagrae has made the concept of social responsibility a key focus of its goals by actively involving the Libyan community in developing its strategic plan and providing curricula based on societal needs. The university also focuses on adopting issues that will achieve sustainable development goals in addition to strengthening the university’s role in scientific research through its members and effective research partnerships. The university aims through its strategic plan to adopt advanced educational methods and tools that are appropriate to the needs of the community and the labor market. The university also emphasizes flexible curricula based on modern practical competencies and skills, making the student a cornerstone of the educational process. The goal is to graduate professional competencies with the ability for self-learning and keeping up with the requirements of this age and its developments and challenges, in order to serve the interests of the Libyan community.

The Dentistry and Oral Surgery program strives to be one of the best dental programs at both the local and international levels. It aims to effectively contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and scientific research through educational and research programs in the field of dentistry and oral surgery while adhering to quality standards that result in the development of qualified medical and scientific personnel capable of providing excellent health and medical services to the community.
The Doctor of Pharmacy program at Balagrae University is committed to excellence and leadership in scientific and research journals related to pharmaceutical sciences. They aim to achieve a high and distinguished academic position in pharmaceutical education and scientific research by elevating healthcare services and developing drug services based on modern science. The Doctor of Pharmacy program at Balagrae University works to provide the community with skilled professionals capable of leading in the areas of clinical and industrial pharmacy, as well as drug regulation. Additionally, the college aims to streamline the use of medications and benefit from medicinal herbs and plants, all through study plans and programs that meet the standards set by the quality assurance center and accredited institutions of higher education.

Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences
The Engineering program is one of the main programs at Balagrae University of Modern Sciences. It consists of the following main engineering departments: the Civil Engineering department, which in turn includes the Building and Construction Engineering branch, as well as the Geologic Survey branch. Additionally, there is a department of Communications, Networks, and Control Engineering. The university also has an Architecture and Urban Planning department, which includes the Architectural Design branch, Interior Design branch, and Urban Design branch. The college also includes the Oil and Gas Engineering department.
Our educational approach is distinguished by integrating scientific theories, practical applications, and experiences to prepare graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of information systems. This approach aims to make them competitive in the job market and capable of conducting scientific research.
